紫(zi)外可見(jian)(jian)(jian)分(fen)(fen)光(guang)光(guang)度(du)計與可見(jian)(jian)(jian)分(fen)(fen)光(guang)光(guang)度(du)計的區(qu)別是(shi)測(ce)定(ding)(ding)波(bo)(bo)長(chang)不同,紫(zi)外可見(jian)(jian)(jian)分(fen)(fen)光(guang)光(guang)度(du)計一般用(yong)(yong)氫燈,測(ce)定(ding)(ding)波(bo)(bo)長(chang)范圍180~350nm,可見(jian)(jian)(jian)一般用(yong)(yong)鎢燈,測(ce)定(ding)(ding)波(bo)(bo)長(chang)范圍320~1100nm。所謂紫(zi)外可見(jian)(jian)(jian)分(fen)(fen)光(guang)光(guang)度(du)計也(ye)就是(shi)說(shuo)這個儀器可以更換光(guang)源,能夠測(ce)定(ding)(ding)吸收(shou)峰在紫(zi)外和(he)可見(jian)(jian)(jian)光(guang)部分(fen)(fen)的化合物(wu)。
具體區別:
1、光(guang)(guang)源(yuan)(yuan)不(bu)同:可見(jian)分光(guang)(guang)光(guang)(guang)度(du)計的(de)光(guang)(guang)源(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)般只用鎢(wu)燈,而紫外(wai)可見(jian)分光(guang)(guang)光(guang)(guang)度(du)計是(shi)用鎢(wu)燈和氘燈倆個(ge)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),同時還(huan)多了這倆個(ge)光(guang)(guang)源(yuan)(yuan)燈的(de)切換部件(jian)。這是(shi)因為鎢(wu)燈的(de)光(guang)(guang)譜范(fan)圍主要在(zai)可見(jian)到近紅外(wai)這段,氘燈主要在(zai)紫外(wai)端,也正是(shi)因為光(guang)(guang)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)不(bu)一(yi)樣,紫外(wai)可見(jian)分光(guang)(guang)光(guang)(guang)度(du)計也多了一(yi)個(ge)專門提供氘燈工作的(de)氘燈電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)了。
2、光(guang)學(xue)器(qi)件的(de)不同(tong)(tong):由于(yu)玻(bo)(bo)璃能(neng)(neng)吸收紫(zi)外(wai)(wai)波,而對可見(jian)(jian)到近紅外(wai)(wai)端有比(bi)(bi)較好的(de)透過性,所以(yi)可見(jian)(jian)分光(guang)光(guang)度計的(de)一些光(guang)學(xue)部件可以(yi)使(shi)(shi)用玻(bo)(bo)璃,而紫(zi)外(wai)(wai)可見(jian)(jian)分光(guang)光(guang)度計就不能(neng)(neng)使(shi)(shi)用玻(bo)(bo)璃部件,一般使(shi)(shi)用適(shi)應光(guang)學(xue)部件。同(tong)(tong)時由于(yu)這個原因,在(zai)比(bi)(bi)色皿(min)的(de)選擇上也就有不同(tong)(tong)了,可見(jian)(jian)分光(guang)光(guang)度計可以(yi)使(shi)(shi)用玻(bo)(bo)璃制(zhi)的(de)比(bi)(bi)色皿(min),而紫(zi)外(wai)(wai)可見(jian)(jian)分光(guang)光(guang)度計一般使(shi)(shi)用石英制(zhi)的(de)比(bi)(bi)色皿(min)了。
3、接收器的不同(tong):由于紫(zi)外(wai)可(ke)見分光光度(du)計多了(le)紫(zi)外(wai)波(bo),所以在(zai)接收器的選擇(ze)上也就(jiu)不一樣(yang)了(le)。多了(le)對紫(zi)外(wai)波(bo)的靈(ling)敏(min)響應功能,這類接收器的價格就(jiu)比可(ke)見分光光度(du)計的接收器貴(gui)了(le)很多了(le)。
