請注意,在探(tan)測器有(you)源區邊緣(yuan)的不均勻性可(ke)能產生有(you)害的電容和電阻效應,從而扭曲光電二極管輸(shu)出的時域響應。因此,Thorlabs建議將入射光正對有(you)源區中心。外殼上的SM1(1.035"-40)螺紋非常適合將Ø1英(ying)寸聚(ju)焦透鏡或針(zhen)孔安裝在探(tan)測元件(jian)前面。
