光電式傳感器原理及應用

一、光(guang)電(dian)式傳(chuan)感器的(de)原理

1、內光電效應:

 

(1)光電導(dao)(dao)效應:當入(ru)射光子射入(ru)到半(ban)導(dao)(dao)體表面時,半(ban)導(dao)(dao)體吸收入(ru)射光子產生電子空穴對(dui),使其自身電導(dao)(dao)增大(da)。

 

(2)光(guang)生(sheng)伏特效應:當(dang)一定波長的光(guang)照(zhao)射非(fei)均(jun)勻半導(dao)體(ti)(如PN結),在(zai)自建(jian)場的作用(yong)下,半導(dao)體(ti)內(nei)部產生(sheng)光(guang)電(dian)壓。

 

光照射(she)到(dao)半導(dao)(dao)體或絕緣體的表(biao)面時,使(shi)物體內部的受束縛電(dian)(dian)子受到(dao)激(ji)(ji)發,從而(er)使(shi)物體的導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)性(xing)能改變(bian)(bian)。這就(jiu)稱為內光電(dian)(dian)效應。顯然照射(she)的輻(fu)射(she)通量愈大,則被(bei)激(ji)(ji)發的電(dian)(dian)子數(shu)愈多,該物體的電(dian)(dian)阻值就(jiu)變(bian)(bian)得(de)愈小。

2、外光電效應:

 

由光電(dian)(dian)(dian)效應(ying)或(huo)光致(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)離引起的光電(dian)(dian)(dian)子發(fa)射。在光線作用下能(neng)使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子從物體表(biao)面逸出(chu)地稱為(wei)“外(wai)光電(dian)(dian)(dian)效應(ying)”或(huo)光電(dian)(dian)(dian)發(fa)射。
